Lacey’s Barkery – Homemade Dog Treats & Cakes

The picture above is Lacey and her mommy decided to start making Lacey’s treats because she didn’t trust the treats that are made with ingredients from China.  There are a lot of dogs getting sick, so most of us are now relying on either making the treats ourselves or buying them from small mom and pop dog bakeries, where we know that they are 100% made in the U.S.A.

Lacey’s mommy emailed me and asked me if she could send some samples of her homemade dog treats.  How could I say “No” to that?  The girls go bananas for homemade treats!

The girls got to try out the Peanut Butter and Bacon dog treats by Lacey’s Barkery.  One thing I notice when giving the girls treats is that they typically run to one of their beds and enjoy the treats in separate parts of our home.  However, with the Peanut Butter and Bacon treats they stayed right there in the kitchen, ate the treats and sat there waiting for more!  LOL!  When they figured out that I wasn’t going to stand there and give them the entire bag – Millie and Riley walked away but little Kiko goes over to the door and rings the bell (they ring the bell when they want to go outside.  So, I let her outside.  As soon as I let her out, she turned back around and trotted back into the kitchen and sat there all cute WAITING FOR ANOTHER TREAT!  You see, when they come inside after going potty, I give them a small treat.
