The Petco Wag-a-tude Skeleton Halloween Dog Body Harness with Hat is one of the cutest costumes I have ever seen and I absolutely love that it is a harness, so it makes walking your dog along with your trick-or-treaters is easy! Booties are available separately that go along with this costume. Kiko wasn’t interested in putting them on. I tried but she wasn’t having any of it! Ha ha! This comes in XS, S, M and costs $16.99 no matter which size you decide to get. The cute little hat that comes with the harness has an elastic strap to help keep it on. For dogs that do not like wearing costumes, the harness is a good choice!

The Mermaid Halloween Dog Costume has green and purple sequins to help highlight the scales and fins. Topped with a silver crown and Kiko makes a perfect mermaid! This costume is available in XS, S, M, L and XL, so you should be able to find one that fits your dog. The prices for this costume start at $16.99. Kiko was a good sport about wearing this costume but what she really wanted was the cookie in my hand as I was trying to get a picture of her.

One of my favorite products is the Leash ($34.99) and Collar ($21.99) by Safety Glo™. This set already has a safety feature with the bright orange stripes (there are other colors but I received the orange), but it also has led lights that brighten the orange stripes around the collar and the leash. The neat thing about this product is both the collar and lead have USB capability and are also solar-powered. You can either charge them via the USB cable (I charged them on my laptop) or you can place them in direct sunlight to charge.

No – it’s not a lightsaber! The picture is kind of fuzzy but I wanted to show you how bright the lights were after being charged for 3 hours. If you are someone who walks or runs your dog when it is a little dark outside, this leash and collar will be seen by cars and bikes because it does put out a bright light. This is also a great product to have on your pet if you plan on taking him/her out on Halloween.
