Our friends at Dog Pack Snacks sent us a Valentine last year with a recipe and a cookie cutter. Since today is Valentine’s Day and Riley’s birthday (our middle dog), I decided to make some yummy treats for my girls and wanted to share it with others.

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies
2 1/2 C Oat Flour
1/2 C Canned Pumpkin*
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

*You can freeze your unused pumpkin in freezer bags for 6 months. I pre-measured mine so I can make these cookies again at a later date. Make sure you get all the air out of the bag before sealing.

Let the cookies cool before giving to your furbabies.

  1. I use this same recipe except I use Rice Flour instead of oat flour for a gluten free treat. The dogs love them!
