Organic Hair Oils from Tropical Traditions

As many of my subscribers know, Tropical Traditions is my go-to place for all things coconut.  When I was asked if I wanted to try their Organic Hair Oils, I didn’t hesitate to respond with an enthusiastic “YES PLEASE!”.  Not only is this a product I would use for myself, but for the girls as well.

Organic Hair Oils

Ingredients include: organic jojoba, organic Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil for Hair Treatment, organic macadamia nut oil, organic rosehip oil, organic shea butter, and organic carrot seed oil.  Rosemary also contains organic rosemary essential oil and Lavender contains organic lavender essential oil.

From Tropical Traditions:

Coconut oil, being a triglyceride of lauric acid (principal fatty acid), has a high affinity for hair proteins and, because of its low molecular weight and straight linear chain, is able to penetrate inside the hair shaft. Mineral oil, being a hydrocarbon, has no affinity for proteins and therefore is not able to penetrate and yield better results.

For very dry skin, place a good amount of oil in your hands and massage into the coat and skin.  Leave for 30 minutes then bath.  For a shiny coat and aromatherapy, place a small amount of oil in your hands and gently work through the coat.  Lavender is used for aromatherapy and can help anxious dogs relax and chill.  Use a small amount around your dog’s chest, head and behind the ears to help with anxiety.

Tropical Traditions is America’s source for coconut oil. Their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is hand crafted in small batches by family producers, and it is the highest quality coconut oil they offer. You can read more about how virgin coconut oil is different from other coconut oils on their website: What is Virgin Coconut Oil?

You can also watch the video they produced about Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil:

Tropical Traditions also carries other varieties of affordable high quality coconut oil. Visit their website to check on current sales, to learn about the many uses of coconut oil, and to read about all the advantages of buying coconut oil online. Since the FDA does not want us to discuss the health benefits of coconut oil on a page where it is being sold or given away, here is the best website to read about the health benefits of coconut oil.

If you order by clicking on any of my links, and are a first time buyer at Tropical Traditions, you will receive a free book on Virgin Coconut Oil, and I will receive a discount coupon for referring you. I wanted to disclose that to you.

    I not only subscribe,
But my dog loves all your advice
    He would love coconut oil
As he has a bunch of skin issues.
I put a few drops of my coconut oil in a tissue and clean the corners of his eyes.
No more nasty streaks and the clumpy mess is gone!
